In college athletics, there have been lots of conference realignment and the landscape of D2 Baseball is no exception.
Division 2 welcomes Jessup, Menlo, Roosevelt, Sul Ross State, Vanguard, and Pont Park (as of Sept. 1) as they are all joining the D2 ranks.
Also, four teams are changing conferences, as Lincoln (MO) is moving from the MIAA to the GLVC (and adding a baseball program for 2025), Shorter is moving from the Gulf South to the Conference Carolinas, Trevecca is moving from the G-MAC to the Gulf South, UAFS is moving from the Lone Star to the MIAA, and Lincoln (PA) is moving from the ECC to the CACC.
Also, West Georgia and Mercyhurst have left the D2 ranks to move up to the D1 level.
